Terms of Sale: Rookie Training

1. What the Training is

The Training is an online course created by the SoClipping team for people who have never clipped and want to join the SoClipping clipper network as a Rookie. It is made of modules (video and text) covering the clipping process as practised at SoClipping: how the network and campaigns work, setting up your accounts, finding the hook, editing, captions and formats, posting rhythm and platform rules, and your first campaign as a Rookie.

It is delivered inside your Rookie account on the SoClipping clipper portal. It is a digital service, not a physical product, and it is not a diploma, a certification or a job offer.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and buy for your own use. One purchase gives one personal account; it cannot be shared or transferred.

3. Price and payment

The price is $60 (US dollars), paid once. There is no subscription and no hidden fee. If you pay from another currency zone, Stripe shows and charges the equivalent in your local currency at the day's rate: that converted amount is the one on the payment page and on your receipt. The price shown on the payment page at the time of payment is the price charged; taxes, if any apply in your country, are shown on Stripe's payment page before you confirm.

Payment is made by card on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach SoClipping. A receipt is emailed to you by Stripe; a confirmation and your account link are emailed by SoClipping. Your bank may apply a currency conversion or fee that we do not control.

4. Access to your Rookie account

As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, your Rookie account is created and you receive a link to choose your password, on screen and by email. The link works once and for 14 days; if it expires, write to us and we send a new one.

If you had already applied as a clipper with the same email, your existing application is upgraded to a Rookie account rather than duplicated.

Access to the Training is personal and lasts for as long as your SoClipping account exists, with a minimum of 12 months from the purchase. We may update, replace or reorganize modules over time. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms or the Terms of Service.

5. After the Training

Once you mark the last module as done, our team reviews the platform accounts you declared and sets what they cover. Your first campaigns then appear in your dashboard as a Rookie. You join them under the clipper terms shown in the portal and are paid on verified views at the Rookie rate shown on each campaign, which is 50% of the Clipper rate. After one or two campaigns validated by the team, you move up to Clipper, with the full campaign rate.

We do not promise any level of income. Your results depend on your work, your accounts, the campaigns available in your niche and markets, and the platforms. Clippers are independent contractors.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with a similar cooling-off right, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, as long as you have not started the Training.

By creating your Rookie account and opening a module, you expressly ask us to give you immediate access to digital content during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you access the content. If you have not opened any module, email us within 14 days and we refund you in full to the card you paid with.

Outside those countries, the money-back guarantee of section 7 and the Refund Policy apply.

7. Money-back guarantee

If you have not earned $60 through SoClipping campaigns within 30 days of the day our team moves you up to Clipper, we refund the Training in full to the card you paid with. To qualify, you must have played the game: completed the Training, joined at least 2 campaigns and reserved at least 50,000 views in total across them, posted on time, followed the briefs and reported your audiences as the clipper terms require.

To claim it, email us at the address below within 60 days of becoming a Clipper, from the email of your account. We check your campaigns and refund within 10 days of your request. Earnings are counted on verified views as shown in your portal, whether or not the invoice has been paid yet. The guarantee is personal and applies once.

8. Intellectual property

The Training (videos, texts, templates, examples) belongs to Awilix LLC. You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish or teach it, in whole or in part. Breach ends your access without refund and may give rise to a claim.

9. Fair play

The rules that apply to every clipper apply to Rookies: no fake views, no bought engagement, no clip farms, no reposting of someone else's clip, posting only from your declared accounts, disclosing partnerships where required. Breaching them may end your access to the Training and the network, without refund.

10. Liability

We deliver the Training with care but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that it suits your personal situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the Training is limited to the price you paid. Nothing limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory rules and the courts of your country of residence. Write to us first: we answer within a few business days. EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
