UGC agency, creators who post, not just film.

Most UGC agencies film videos and hand them back for you to run as ads. We run the other half: vetted creators post native clips of your content on their own accounts, in your niche, paid per verified view. Disclosed posts, a CPM in writing, no clip farm.

  • Creators vetted by people, not a marketplace
  • Native clips posted to new audiences, not filmed ads
  • Verified views, raw data in every report

In short

What a UGC agency actually does

A UGC agency connects brands with creators who make content, but two very different models hide behind the label. SoClipping is the distribution kind: vetted creators post native clips of your long-form content on their own niche-matched accounts and are paid per verified view, instead of filming testimonial ads you then run as paid media yourself.

  • Clipping UGC vs ad UGC A classic UGC agency delivers filmed ads you run as paid media; we deliver native clips our creators post to their own audiences, counted per view.
  • Creators who post Our creators publish on their own niche accounts across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, so your content reaches followers you do not have yet.
  • Paid per verified view Creators are paid on views we verify post by post, never on screenshots, so the budget follows reach that actually happened, not a promise.
  • Vetted by people We onboard creators, not a marketplace: engagement, retention and consistency are reviewed before anyone is briefed, and every paid post is disclosed.

Two tracks

Two kinds of UGC clips in every campaign: moments and formats

A UGC campaign is not one video posted thirty times. It is two libraries built from the same source and posted by different creator accounts.

01 / Moment clips

Moment clips

The strongest 15 to 60 seconds: a claim, a reveal, a demo, a laugh. Cut to hook in the first second and posted by creators whose followers want exactly that.

  • Hook in the first second, no intro
  • Word-level captions inside each platform's safe zone
  • One moment, one unique file per feed, never reposted as-is

02 / Format clips

Format clips

Recurring edits built for repeat posting: countdowns, part one of three, reaction frames, stitches and series that point back to the full content. These grow the creator's own account, which is why they keep posting you.

  • Transformed cuts each feed distributes normally
  • Series that send viewers to the source
  • Creator on camera when it helps the clip travel

How it works

How a UGC clipping campaign runs, step by step

One source file in, a planned wave out. You approve the plan before anything goes live.

  1. 01

    Brief and shortlist

We watch the full video, mark every moment with a hook in the first two seconds, and shortlist 20 to 200 clips depending on length, format and the size of the wave. We clear the rights with you so nothing trips a claim, and you approve the list before anything is cut.

  2. 02

    Native cuts per platform

Every clip is reframed 9:16 at 1080 by 1920, captioned word by word inside the safe zone, paced for the feed and covered. The same moment becomes a different file per platform, so no feed suppresses it as a repost and no two creators post the same cut.

  3. 03

    Matched creators post

We match creators whose audiences fit your niche, brief them, and schedule the wave: one to three clips per account per day over one to two weeks, moments and formats staggered, every paid post disclosed under that platform's rules.

  4. 04

    Verify, report, adjust

Views are tracked from the minute a post goes live and verified post by post. You get the raw data, the creators and clips that moved the numbers, and what we change for the next wave.

What we turn into UGC clips

UGC clipping starts with anything long you already own. These six sources are the ones we run most.

  • 01

    Podcasts and interviews

Host and guest moments, speaker-aware reframing, audiograms for audio-only shows. One episode becomes a month of posts across feeds.

  • 02

    Live streams and VODs

Twitch, Kick and YouTube streams cut the same day, so the clips ride the conversation while it is still happening.

  • 03

    Keynotes, webinars and courses

Claims, numbers and demos cut into standalone clips that make a stranger want the full session.

  • 04

    Product demos and founder content

Launches, customer stories and founder takes, cut for the feeds where your buyers scroll, not only your own account.

  • 05

    Music and performances

Hooks, live moments and behind-the-scenes cut for sounds, trends and fan edits, with rights cleared before the wave.

  • 06

    Webinars, AMAs and customer calls

The questions buyers actually ask, cut into answers a stranger can use, posted by creators who speak to that audience.

Where the clips go

Where your UGC clips go

UGC clipping is not one feed. The same moments are recut for each platform your audience scrolls, each with its own edit, never the same file.

  • TikTok

    TikTok

Where clipping was born. Faster hooks and trend sounds, the feed that rewards a cut posted the day the moment happens.

  • YouTube Shorts

    YouTube Shorts

The closest to the long upload. Shorts that send viewers back to the full video on the same channel.

  • Instagram Reels

    Instagram Reels

Cleaner typography, cover frames that work in the grid, clips built to be saved and sent.

  • Facebook Reels

    Facebook Reels

Older, larger audiences and the groups where every niche already gathers.

  • X

    X

Claims and takes. The clip that starts an argument and a quote post.

Themes

UGC niches our creators cover

Creators are grouped by niche. Your clips are posted by accounts whose followers already watch your kind of content, on the feeds where they watch it.

  • Business

Numbers, tactics and contrarian takes that operators save and share.

  • Coaching

One reframe per clip, said straight to camera. Advice people send to a friend, the coach's name in the last frame.

  • SaaS

One feature, one problem, one screen recording. Demos cut to the second the product clicks.

  • Film

Scenes, trailer moments and reactions, timed to release week.

  • TV series

Cliffhangers, character moments and recaps, posted while the episode is still trending.

  • Music

Hooks, live moments and fan edits. Sounds that invite duets and remixes.

  • Gaming

The clutch, the reaction, the take. Pacing over captions.

  • Tech

Launches, teardowns and explanations for feeds that argue about gadgets.

  • AI

Demos, prompts and predictions for feeds that argue about the future.

From view to result

From UGC views to the result you actually want

Views are the top of the funnel. A UGC campaign only pays if the view turns into a follow, a demo, a signup or a listen, so every wave is built around that path.

  • Every clip points somewhere

Your handle, your product, your release or your link, in the clip and in the caption, on every platform. No orphan views.

  • Creators stitch, duet and credit you

Clips posted as stitches, duets and credited reposts borrow the creator's face and credibility, and send their followers to you.

  • Waves timed to your calendar

Launches, releases, episodes and drops each get a wave. Evergreen moments fill the gaps so no feed goes quiet between campaigns.

  • Reporting you can act on

Which moments, formats, niches and creators brought the most views and clicks. The next wave is cut with that data.

Pricing, explained

What UGC costs, by model

The UGC label hides three pricing models that rarely sit side by side. Here is how each works, the ranges we see today, and what each does to reach.

  • Market model 1

    Per video (ad-creative UGC)

Market: classic UGC agencies charge about 75 to 500 dollars per filmed video, often plus a monthly retainer and extra usage rights

FitsBrands that need filmed assets to run as their own ads

Watch outYou pay to make the asset and again to distribute it. Nothing reaches a new audience by default; the agency does not post.

  • Market model 2

    CPM (per 1,000 verified views)

Market: open platforms pay creators about 0.20 to 6 dollars per 1,000 views, most campaigns near 1 dollar; agencies resell a custom CPM, often with a minimum

FitsReach campaigns with a budget cap

Watch outThe cheapest CPMs come from identical reposts and bought views. Ask how a view is verified and what happens to flagged posts before comparing prices.

  • Market model 3

    Monthly campaign

Market: 2,000 to 10,000+ dollars per month for a continuous wave of posted clips

FitsWeekly releases that need a continuous presence across feeds

Watch outCheck what is counted: sources, clips per source, creators, platforms, reporting.

How SoClipping prices it

One flat creation fee. One verified CPM. Both in writing before anything is cut.

SoClipping quotes per campaign after seeing the source: length, release rhythm, niche, the feeds you want and the goal. You get a flat creation fee plus a distribution budget with a verified CPM, in writing, before anything is cut. No open marketplace, no bought views, no file posted twice. Fit

Who UGC clipping is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • Brands, SaaS and creators with long-form content and a reason to be watched: a show, a launch, a release, a point of view
  • Teams that want reach from creator accounts, not just filmed ads they still have to pay to distribute
  • Teams that need reporting a CFO accepts: verified views, raw data, disclosed posts
  • Campaigns with a destination: a profile, a demo, a signup, a listen

Not a fit if

  • Brands that specifically need filmed testimonial or unboxing videos to run as their own ads (that is ad-creative UGC, not what we do)
  • Content that is not brand-safe or falls in a platform's restricted categories (tobacco, weapons, drugs, weight loss, political ads)
  • Anyone shopping for the lowest price per view, whatever the view
  • One video with no plan to publish again

FAQ

UGC clipping, questions answered

What is a UGC agency?

A UGC agency connects brands with creators, but the label covers two models. An ad-creative UGC agency films videos, testimonials, unboxings, demos, that you run as your own paid ads. A clipping UGC agency like SoClipping cuts your existing content into native clips and has vetted creators post them on their own niche accounts, paid per verified view. One makes assets; the other makes reach.

What is the difference between clipping UGC and ad-creative UGC?

Ad-creative UGC is a production service: a creator films a video for you, hands it over, and you pay again to run it as an ad. Clipping UGC is a distribution service: we cut your long-form content into clips and creators post them to their own audiences, counted per verified view. The first fills your ad account; the second reaches people who do not follow you yet.

Do you film testimonial or product videos?

No. We do not shoot filmed testimonials, unboxings or product demos from scratch. We work from content you already own, podcasts, streams, keynotes, demos, launches, and turn it into native clips that vetted creators post. If you need filmed ad creatives, that is ad-creative UGC and a different kind of agency; we are the distribution half.

When should I pick clipping UGC, ad-creative UGC, or both?

Pick clipping UGC when you have long-form content and want reach on audiences you do not own. It is the model B2B and SaaS teams use to turn demos and webinars into native reach. Pick ad-creative UGC when you need fresh filmed assets to run as paid ads. Many brands run both: filmed creatives for the ad account, clipping for the reach the ad budget cannot buy. We cover the clipping side and say so plainly when filmed creative is what you actually need.

How much does a UGC agency cost?

It depends on the model. Ad-creative UGC runs about 75 to 500 dollars per filmed video plus distribution. Clipping UGC is priced per campaign: a flat creation fee per source plus a distribution budget at a verified CPM, where open platforms pay creators roughly 0.20 to 6 dollars per 1,000 views. The pricing section above breaks down each; the one number to compare between clipping agencies is the verified CPM.

How do you vet creators?

We onboard people, not a marketplace. Before anyone is briefed on your campaign we review their last posts for real engagement, retention and consistency in a specific niche, business, coaching, SaaS, film, series, music, gaming, tech or AI. There is no open pool where strangers grab your file; every creator is matched to your audience and accountable for what they post.

Do creators post from my account or their own?

Their own. That is the point: their followers are people you do not reach yet. Posts credit you, use each platform's disclosure setting, and point to your destination. Every clip is also delivered to you as a file, so you can post the best ones on your own accounts, in ads or in your newsletter.

Can you do UGC with no followers?

For a brand, yes, that is exactly the case we solve: you do not need an audience because the creators bring theirs. For someone who wants to become a paid creator, a real audience in a niche is what gets you briefed. We review engagement and consistency, not just a follower count, and you can apply to our creator network.

Who owns the rights to the clips, and are paid posts disclosed?

You own the source and the files we deliver, and we clear the rights with you before the wave so nothing trips a claim. Every paid post uses the platform's branded-content disclosure setting. Creators post from vetted accounts under those rules, which is what keeps reach from being suppressed and accounts from being flagged.

How many clips do I get from one video?

Between 20 and 40 usable moments depending on length and format, then recut per platform so one moment can become several files. A 90-minute podcast or a three-hour stream yields 25 to 40 usable moments across moment clips and format clips. We would rather ship 20 strong clips than 40 average ones, and every one is a unique file.

How do you verify UGC views?

Post by post. Every clip is tracked from the minute it goes live, views are read from the platform rather than from a creator's screenshot, accounts with abnormal patterns are flagged and excluded from the count, and the report carries the raw data behind every number. If a post is removed or flagged, it does not count toward your CPM.

How is this different from a UGC platform or marketplace?

A UGC platform is an open pool: anyone claims a brief, and no one owns the outcome. We run it as a campaign, the full social clipping agency model: editors choose the moments, cut a unique file per feed, and vetted creators post under disclosure rules. For how a wave is briefed and rolled out, see clipping campaigns.
