Best Clipping Agency 2026: 9 Agencies and Networks Ranked

Updated 14 min readClipping

Search for the best clipping agency 2026 and you get AI tool lists, Reddit threads from clippers hunting payouts, and rankings written by the agencies themselves. This one is written by an agency too: I founded SoClipping. So every score below follows a written rule, six criteria marked 0 to 10 on what each company publishes, and you can redo the ranking without me.

  • 9agencies and marketplaces compared
  • 6criteria, each marked 0 to 10

The method

Six criteria, each marked 0 to 10

  1. 01

    Who posts

A selected, briefed network, or anyone who signs up with a phone.

  2. 02

    View standard

Raw views, verified views (bot-checked) or qualified views (watch time, geography, platform policy).

  3. 03

    Written floor

A minimum of views in the contract, and what the agency does when the wave lands below it.

  4. 04

    Disclosure and rights

A paid-partnership label on every post; guest, talent and music rights cleared before the first upload.

  5. 05

    Price transparency

An entry price you can read before a call, and a structure (fee plus CPM, flat CPM, retainer) you can audit.

  6. 06

    The report

Links, dates, views and engagement per post, raw data you can forward. A screenshot of a counter is not a report.

The overall score is the plain average of the six marks. Every mark is set on what the company publishes on its own site in October 2026; a figure that only third parties publish is marked "reported" and scores lower. Network size is not a criterion: a six-figure roster says nothing about who will post your clip.

The myth

Does a bigger clipper network make a better clipping agency?

No. More sign-ups is not more of the right accounts posting your clip.

  • 500,000+creators claimed by Clipping Culture
  • 62,900creators claimed by Lumina Clippers
  • ~3,000vetted faceless pages at FindClout
  • 1unique cut per clipper at SoClipping

Selection, briefing and matching by niche are what turn a roster into reach you can show your legal team. Six-figure rosters come with known side effects: spam, unauthorized reposts, bot accounts and no brand consistency.

What a bigger network does buy is speed and volume for a launch with an eight-figure view target. A business clip still needs business feeds: a podcast clipping agency brief names accounts, hooks and posting windows, and a clipping for streamers brief names other ones.

We don’t buy accounts. We onboard people.

At SoClipping, every clipper is measured on engagement rate, average views, retention, audience fit, consistency and a clean history. Then a human reads the profile before any campaign.

Before you sign

Seven questions that sort the market faster than any ranking

An agency that answers all seven in writing before the first cut is the one to pick, whatever its position on a list, including this one.

  1. 1Who posts my clips, and can I see the accounts before the wave? A list of themed accounts with real engagement, or "our network".
  2. 2What counts as a view: raw, verified or qualified, and how is it checked? Ask for the method and a past report, post by post.
  3. 3What is the floor, and what happens if the wave falls short? A written minimum, a refund, more posts at no cost, or nothing.
  4. 4Is every post disclosed as a paid partnership, and who checks it? Platforms require the label; regulators enforce it against the brand, not the clipper.
  5. 5Who clears guest, talent and music rights? The source stays with its owner; the agency confirms the rest before the first upload.
  6. 6What does the report contain? Links, dates, views and engagement per post, raw data you can forward to finance.
  7. 7What is the full price? Fee, CPM, minimum, caps, and what can still move after the quote.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the best clipping agency for a small brand or a solo creator?

It depends on what you lack. A solo creator who posts on their own channels needs an AI clipping tool (free to about $189 per month in October 2026), not an agency: the tool cuts, you already have the audience. A small brand that needs reach it does not have can start a managed campaign at $1,500 with SoClipping or $3,500 with FORKOFF, or run a marketplace campaign itself from a few hundred dollars and review every submission. Below $1,000 of distribution budget, a marketplace is the realistic option.

Why do Reddit threads about the best clipping agency mostly name marketplaces?

Because most of them are written by clippers looking for payouts, not by brands buying a campaign. Whop, Clipping.io or Vyro are where a clipper earns, so that is what gets recommended. Read those threads as supply-side intelligence: real rates per 1,000 views, caps, review delays, which campaigns pay late. They say nothing about selection, disclosure or reporting, which are the brand's problems.

Is there a free clipping agency?

No. The posting side can be free: marketplaces cost nothing to join for clippers, and AI tools have free plans that cut clips but distribute nothing. The brand always pays for distribution, per 1,000 views or per campaign. Platforms themselves pay almost nothing for reposted clips: TikTok's creator program covers original content only, and the Kick clipper program pays $0.40 to $0.50 per 1,000 views. The money in clipping comes from the campaign budget.

What is the difference between a clipping agency and a platform like Whop?

Who posts, who verifies and who answers. On a platform, you write the brief, anyone approved posts, the platform counts views after a delay, and you review submissions yourself. An agency selects the posters, cuts the clips, matches accounts to your niche, verifies views, checks disclosure and delivers a report, and it answers for the result with a floor when the contract has one. The platform is cheaper per view; the agency is cheaper per hour of your time and per reputational risk.

How long does a clipping campaign take with an agency?

Count one to three weeks for the wave itself. At SoClipping the quote arrives within one business day of receiving a link to the source, the clips roll out platform by platform over one to three weeks, and the first verified numbers show on day 3 after the first posts. Clipping Culture states a launch within one to two days once material and approvals are in place; Lumina Clippers states clips going out 24 to 72 hours after the strategy call. Marketplaces start the minute the campaign is funded.

The bottom line: clipping is the wrong tool when you need a guaranteed date or when your source has no hook. Fix the content first, then buy distribution from someone who will put the floor in writing.

01

Introduction

Search for the best clipping agency 2026 and you get a strange mix. AI tool lists, Reddit threads from clippers hunting for payouts, and rankings written by the agencies themselves. This one is written by an agency too: I founded SoClipping, so read the order with that in mind and check every entry against the criteria grid below.

The money is real. Digiday reported in May 2026 that a million views through clipping can cost from a few hundred dollars to a thousand. That price is why brands are folding it into their media plans.

Nine companies show up for this search, and they do not sell the same thing. Clipping Culture starts at $15,000 and works for record labels. Whop costs nothing to open and pays anyone with a phone. SoClipping starts at $1,500 and writes a floor of verified views into the contract. Put the nine on one grid and the word “best” stops meaning “biggest”.

02

How this ranking of clipping agencies works

Full disclosure: I run SoClipping. We rank first because of what our contract says, not because of a view total. We went live in October 2026 and have no published client case study yet.

Every other entry is built from what the company states on its own site in October 2026. Figures that only appear in third-party comparisons are flagged as such.

A clipping agency turns one long video into short native clips and pays a network of accounts to post them. It bills the brand per 1,000 views or per campaign.

Six criteria, in the order I use them when I buy media myself:

  1. Who posts. A selected and briefed network, or anyone who signs up with a phone.
  2. The view standard. Raw views, verified views (bot-checked) or qualified views (watch time, geography, platform policy). The same budget buys very different things on each.
  3. A written floor. A minimum of views in the contract, and what the agency does when the wave lands below it.
  4. Disclosure and rights. A paid partnership label on every post, and guest, talent and music rights cleared before the first upload.
  5. Price transparency. An entry price you can read before a call, and a structure (fee plus CPM, flat CPM, retainer) you can audit.
  6. The report. Links, dates, views and engagement per post, raw data you can forward. A screenshot of a view counter is not a report.

Network size is not a criterion. A six-figure roster says nothing about who will post your clip, and the loudest numbers on this market come from marketplaces where anyone can join.

03

The 9 best clipping agencies and networks in 2026, ranked

SoClipping: curated network, verified views, a floor in writing

SoClipping is a managed clipping agency, a brand by Awilix, that runs each campaign as a media launch. Editors cut 20 to 200 native clips from one source. A hand-selected network posts them over one to three weeks on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and X. Every view is verified post by post.

Best for: podcasts, YouTubers, streamers, B2B and SaaS teams with a reputation to protect and a finance team that will read the report.

Price: campaigns start at $1,500. You pay a flat creation fee plus a distribution budget at a verified CPM (the price of 1,000 views), both in writing before the first cut. The CPM depends on your sector and platforms, is fixed in the quote and does not move afterwards.

What stands out:

  • Eight commitments in the contract, including “minimum views, or the campaign continues”. The floor is in writing, and posting goes on at no extra cost until it is reached.
  • One unique cut per clipper. The same file is never posted by ten accounts.
  • Clippers selected on six measured criteria (engagement rate, average views, retention, audience fit, consistency, clean history), then reviewed by a human before every campaign.
  • Views verified on day 3 after each post from the platforms’ data, 100 % of posts disclosed as partnerships, every clip ending on your handle, link or offer.

The honest limit: the agency is young, with no published client case study. If you need a logo wall before you sign, read entries 2 and 3 first. The clipping campaigns page lists what the creation fee covers and how a wave is sequenced.

Clipper University: free training layer, Clipur campaigns paid per verified view

Clipper University is the free education side (courses, guides, calculators, a five-level clipper certification with a published grading rubric) of Clipur, the execution side: clipur.ai for self-serve campaigns, clipur.com for managed programs, clipur.app for the clipper network. Brands set a budget, vetted clippers cut and post on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X, and the budget pays creators on verified views. Clipur states that every clipper is manually reviewed (identity, content quality, platform presence) and that impressions are verified through the platforms’ official APIs and third-party tracking, with funds held until delivery. The site publishes 2 billion-plus verified views, 1,000-plus campaigns and a library of case studies written with their methodology and limits: the Jumper token-sale launch separates 1,352 client-approved posts and 3.53 million tracked views from the pending and filtered submissions.

Best for: crypto, fintech and tech launches on X, livestreams and podcast episodes turned into clip libraries, agencies that want a white-label distribution engine.

Price: published on a pricing page. Self-serve on clipur.ai at any budget under $5,000 a month, managed programs on clipur.com from $5,000 a month, no software subscription; the budget pays creators per verified view. The CPM varies by platform and niche; the site publishes a $0.40 lifetime effective CPM as its own benchmark.

What to check: there is no minimum of views in writing (you pay per verified view, which protects the budget but promises no volume), the paid-partnership label on each post is not documented beyond “disclaimers when required” in the QA rubric, and the roster size changes with the page (600-plus in-network clippers, 8,000-plus on clipur.com, 100,000-plus across the ecosystem). Ask for the verification method on your platforms and a sample campaign export.

FORKOFF: qualified views with an audit ledger

FORKOFF bills about $3 per 1,000 qualified views. A view qualifies after four checks: watch duration, platform policy, geographic consistency and traffic validity. Failed views are logged with a reason code and excluded from the bill.

Best for: finance teams that want proof, AI and SaaS launches, business podcasts.

Price: the entry package, Clipping Foundation, starts at $3,500 across three campaigns. Clippers are paid $1 to $1.25 per 1,000 qualified views.

What to check: the qualified-view standard is the strictest on this list, and the CSV or JSON proof delivered at campaign close is rare. The gap between what the brand pays and what the clipper earns is also the widest, so ask what the margin funds.

Clipping Culture: enterprise programs for labels and studios

Clipping Culture sits at the top of the market by budget. Its site states that managed campaigns start at $15,000, priced on a target volume of verified views. The published examples run from $15,000 for about 22 million views to $250,000 for about 360 million.

Best for: major labels, established artists, film and TV launches that need an eight-figure view target or more.

Price: from $15,000. The published examples work out to roughly $0.70 per 1,000 verified views at the entry level, less at scale.

What to check: the site publishes case studies with music and sports clients and claims a network of more than 500,000 creators. Campaigns launch within one to two days once the source and guidelines are approved, mostly on TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Ask how a view is verified post by post and what the floor is when a wave underdelivers.

FindClout: faceless meme pages at a very low CPM

FindClout runs a network of about 3,000 vetted faceless pages, graded on their city and country audience before admission, with a US and Tier-1 focus. For logo or watermark campaigns it quotes a $0.20 maximum CPM and an effective rate near $0.08 to $0.10, about $200 per million views. Extra posts are added when a campaign underdelivers.

Best for: consumer apps and brands that want cheap, bot-scored reach on meme pages and accept the format.

Price: $0.20 maximum CPM on watermark campaigns. Produced UGC is quote-only.

What to check: a watermark on a meme page is not a clip of your content. Ask what the posts look like, whether each one carries a partnership label, and how the pages are matched to your niche.

Lumina Clippers: large network, fast start, custom CPM

Lumina Clippers, founded in 2025, bills per 1,000 verified views at a custom rate set after a strategy call. Its site claims 62,900 creators, more than 18 billion views delivered and clips going out 24 to 72 hours after the call, on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X.

Best for: brands with a mid five-figure budget that want volume fast and a live dashboard.

Price: custom CPM. Third-party comparisons cite a $5,000 minimum and $2.50 to $4 per 1,000 views, figures Lumina does not publish itself.

What to check: the anti-bot system is described, not documented. Ask for a past report, post by post, and for the exact definition of a verified view before you compare its CPM with anyone else’s.

Whop Content Rewards: the marketplace standard, not an agency

Whop Content Rewards is not an agency, but it sits in every search for one. A brand sets a budget, a rate per 1,000 views and caps; anyone approved posts and gets paid after a review. In October 2026, rates ran from $0.20 to $6 per 1,000 views, most campaigns near $1 to $1.25. A platform fee and a settlement hold sit between the headline rate and the clipper’s wallet.

Best for: brands with a small budget, nothing to lose from a bad repost, and the time to review submissions themselves.

Price: you set it. In October 2026 repost clips paid around $1, faceless UGC around $2 and on-camera UGC around $3.50 per 1,000 views.

What to check: who posts (anyone), disclosure (whatever each clipper decides) and the per-clip caps that push clippers toward volume. Our guide to clipping websites compared walks through marketplaces, agencies and tools side by side.

Clouted: AI distribution for entertainment, music and gaming

Clouted sells a distribution service rather than a self-serve marketplace: clipping, UGC, influencer seeding, fan page management and paid ads for entertainment, music, gaming and tech. Its Virality Engine uses AI agents for moment detection and performance scoring.

Best for: studios, festivals and artists that want several distribution channels run by one vendor.

Price: not public. Third-party reports cite an intake from $5,000 to $10,000, unconfirmed on Clouted’s own site.

What to check: the selection gate for posters and the view standard are not documented publicly. Ask for both in writing before the first invoice.

Vyro: a flat-rate marketplace with a famous name behind it

Vyro launched in late 2025 from the ViewStats team around MrBeast. Reports describe a flat rate near $3 per 1,000 views paid to clippers, a cap per clip and fast payouts; the site itself publishes little.

Best for: creators and brands that want a simple flat-rate bounty and accept marketplace rules.

Price: a reported flat $3 per 1,000 views, capped per clip.

What to check: the same marketplace limits as Whop: no selection, no brief, no floor. Clipping.io and Ssemble play in the same family, with their own fees and review delays.

Clipping agency comparison 2026: price, minimums, view standard

The table puts the nine on the same grid. Entry prices and models come from each company’s own site in October 2026; “reported” marks a figure that only third parties publish.

Market ranges in October 2026: managed agencies billed $0.50 to $4 per 1,000 verified views, with minimums from about $2,000 to $5,000. Marketplaces paid $0.20 to $6 per 1,000 raw views. A rate quoted on raw views can lose 20 to 50 % once caps and quality checks apply. Compare on the same view standard or you compare nothing.

How to read it: a $0.20 CPM on a watermark and a $4 CPM on a cut clip posted by a themed account are not the same product. Divide the budget by the views you can defend in front of your legal team, not by the raw number. Platform mix matters too. TikTok still gives the most volume per clip and Shorts and Reels views are scarcer, so a TikTok clipping agency plans for it in the wave rather than in the rate.

05

Does a bigger clipper network make a better clipping agency?

No. A bigger network means more accounts have signed up, not that the right ones will post your clip. Selection, briefing and matching by niche are what turn a roster into reach you can show your legal team.

The market sells roster size because it is easy to count. Six-figure rosters come with known side effects: spam, unauthorized reposts, bot accounts and no brand consistency.

What the press sees: Variety reported in 2026 that clipping became a standard marketing tool for record labels, with artists paying networks of fans to post their best moments. Volume is now the easy part. Control is not.

“We don’t buy accounts. We onboard people.” At SoClipping, every clipper is measured on engagement rate, average views, retention, audience fit, consistency and a clean history. Then a human reads the profile before any campaign. Reviewed by a human, not an algorithm.

What a bigger network does buy: speed and volume for a launch with an eight-figure view target and a legal team that has accepted the risk. If that is you, entries 2 to 4 are built for it, and the price per view will be lower than ours.

What it does not buy: a business clip on business feeds. A podcast about SaaS pricing gains nothing from 400 gaming accounts, and a stream highlight dies on a cooking page. Matching is a selection job, which is why a podcast clipping agency brief names specific accounts, hooks and posting windows.

The same goes for streams. A clipping for streamers brief names other accounts, other hooks and other posting windows, because the audience lives elsewhere.

06

What to ask a clipping agency before you sign

The seven questions below sort the market faster than any ranking, including this one. An agency that answers all seven in writing before the first cut is the one to pick, whatever its position on a list.

  1. Who posts my clips, and can I see the accounts before the wave? A list of themed accounts with real engagement, or “our network”.
  2. What counts as a view: raw, verified or qualified, and how is it checked? Ask for the method and a past report, post by post.
  3. What is the floor, and what happens if the wave falls short? A written minimum, a refund, more posts at no cost, or nothing.
  4. Is every post disclosed as a paid partnership, and who checks it? Platforms require the label; regulators enforce it against the brand, not the clipper.
  5. Who clears guest, talent and music rights? The source stays with its owner; the agency should confirm the rest before the first upload.
  6. What does the report contain? Links, dates, views and engagement per post, raw data you can forward to finance.
  7. What is the full price? Fee, CPM, minimum, caps, and what can still move after the quote.

The bottom line: clipping is the wrong tool when you need a guaranteed date or when your source has no hook. Fix the content first, then buy distribution from someone who will put the floor in writing.
